Nothing, the ridiculous part is they sent me email and confirm they thought they did the right thing and they would NOT change the decision. I think those studio reviewers don’t play the game at all and all they do is just watch those numbers and maybe matching them with some table to tell whether there is anything happening. They don’t just care and they don’t really understand it. I did nothing wrong absolutely and they just banned me for 14 days. I have to wait for 14 days and now everything went back normal. It’s a hard truth but I don’t feel happy about what EA is doing on their studio and customer support.
any update to your case? mine has been stuck in waiting on studio status for over 3 weeks now
