EA Connect R2 Game unplayable

Unfortunately, this game is currently unplayable.

As soon as I am in a game or menu, the EA-connect menu opens with R2 every time.How should I  sprint in a game when the menu opens every time?
How should I assign objects from the transfer list, when the ea connect menu opens every time?

I restarted the game. Hasn't changed anything
I restarted my Playstation5 and didn't bring anything either.

The game is now officially available since yesterday and already broken.

In addition, the path to pro tasks cannot be completed. I completed everything but got neither the reward nor the marking as completed.
For a full price title that costs 80 euros, this is unfortunately really a cheek. Especially since the problem probably already existed last year.

When and how will this problem be fixed???
