EA connection glitch

First of all there's no way to contact EA through chat or call. All these q/a before the help and all they do is redirect you to their help articles like we haven't tried to resolve these issues ourselves.

I'm tired of the glitches and connection losses that have affected my game despite having good connection on other games. I need you all to please reset my RTTF league games I have been disconnected in 4 games, had glitches where the opponent ends up quitting when I'm winning and I get the loss and DNF and I can't play the cup . This has made my game experience horrible and despite spending so much time and money with these experiences I really do not want to play the game anymore.

Then there's glitches like this which is a clear pen and you don't get it.
