EA FC 26-Severe stuttering /CPU %100 Usage on pc (Windows 11)

I am experiencing a serious performance issue in EA SPORTS FC 26, which appears to be a game-related optimization bug rather than a hardware problem.
My system specifications:
- Monster Abra A7 (Laptop)
- Intel i5-11400H (11th Gen)
- NVIDIA RTX GPU
- 16 GB RAM
- Windows 11 (fully updated)
Problem description:
- The game starts stuttering/freezing immediately after entering a match or within the first 1–2 minutes
- This is not low FPS, but short freezes and heavy micro-stuttering
- CPU usage spikes to nearly 100%, while GPU usage remains relatively low
- The issue occurs regardless of graphics settings
- Other games, including EA FC 24-25, run perfectly fine on the same system
Troubleshooting already done:
- Clean GPU driver installation using DDU
- FPS locked to 60 (in-game only)
- VSync disabled
- Dynamic resolution disabled
- EA AntiCheat removed and reinstalled
- Windows Game Mode tested on/off
- Hardware temperatures are normal
Based on extensive testing, this appears to be a CPU thread / optimization issue specific to EA FC 26, particularly affecting Intel 11th generation laptop CPUs on Windows 11. I have also seen multiple reports from other users with similar hardware experiencing the same issue.
I kindly request that this problem be forwarded to the technical team and addressed in a future patch, as the game is currently not playable in a stable manner on my system.
