EA FC PC Controller Input Lag/Disconnection Issue (Online Modes Only)

I’m experiencing a strange issue in EA FC (PC) and wanted to see if anyone else has the same: • I’m using a brand new controller. • Sometimes during matches, I cannot take control of my players. • It feels like the game doesn’t respond to my controller input for a few seconds, or as if the controller was disconnected, even though it’s still plugged in or connected via Bluetooth. • This issue happens randomly and there’s no clear trigger. • Interestingly, in Squad Battles (offline) this problem does not happen; everything works perfectly. we need something in return for this also. ive lost all my important games because of this!!!! I paid for early access for this to be happening i cant win a game or anything! if i dont get something in return for this its a complete scam. i did a live chat with ea sports this morning about this issue and they should that im the only that is facing this but now that i see everyone else also facing this issue. all players that faced this issue should get something in return becuase this is really bad. EA SPORTS learn how to make a game then release it for early access. dont just scammer people to rob them for there money. GIVE US SOMETHING IN RETURN FOR THIS ISSUE. its your fault of this being a issue in the first place  learn how to develop a game!!!!!
