Ea fc ultimate team isssues

I got the preorder ultimate edition for 6 days I have gone through…., cannot connect to ultimate team, when I go to store I constantly tells me it can’t connect, I get booted from online play if I happen to make it into a game every once in a while  and tells me leaving matches early will effect my DNF modifier I’m not leaving early it’s kicking me out, any time I try to edit my team it tells me I can’t connect … guys I payed 100 dollars to get early access and haven’t been able to access for 6 days now not the way most people are able to, this has to be resolved it’s very unfortunate that this has turned into what it is because I love this game but it’s unaccaptable, I’m in the southwest part of the US and you said on your twitter page the issues were addressed no they were not and you are lying to people why do that ? It’s ridiculous
