EA FC26 - Unable to load up game

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my account. Although I am able to log in successfully, I am unable to play the game. I continuously receive the following message: “Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem.” This message has been displayed for several hours without any change.What makes this situation particularly confusing is that my teammates are able to play without any issues. This leads me to believe that the problem is specific to my account rather than a general server-related issue.I paid for this game with the expectation of being able to access and play it properly. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered problems, as there are still many bugs present despite the game being in development for over 10 years.I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible, as I am currently unable to use the product I paid for.

i've done everything you write but it doesn't work, please fix the problem there is a tone of people complaining about this

Hey goustaromyges,

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty launching the game. You're right in thinking that this issue is less server-related, but it's more likely related to the data processing on your local device than your account.

If you haven't already tried, please follow the steps on this page to clear EA App cache. Clearing the cache has solved this issue for players in the past. If the issue persists, try the following:

Fully Close EA app from your tray then:
Task manager > Processes > EA background services > End task
