EA FC26 connection/server issue

Please can someone help. My son has had a recent issue with FC26, all of a sudden he can’t access clubs, keeps getting an error message saying unable to connect to EA servers, please check your connection and try again. He has a PS5 and is having no problems with any other games. His internet connection is stable and wired. I am really struggling to find any contact with EA to get help
