EA_Aljo , following up since it's been 9 days since your last "we are looking into this" with zero update. I've now gone over 18 days without being able to launch a game I paid for, on an account with 200+ hours of legitimate playtime. This is not acceptable.
Please stop asking new users in this thread to test with a different account as the supposed "key to the issue." That's a diagnostic, not a fix, and it's not a reasonable step to ask of people. FC 26 is tied to whoever bought it, so a "different account" isn't just switching logins, it requires another person who already owns the game, has it installed, and is willing to lend their credentials. Most users don't have that. Sostrovas and I already provided that data point days ago and it pointed clearly at the account/server side. We don't need more confirmations, we need EA to act on what's already been confirmed.
The pattern in this thread is now clear: Sostrovas, me, Siziyo9, 95118fdc54b30104. Completely different hardware, different countries, different setups. The only thing in common is our specific accounts can't launch FC 26 while other accounts can. That stopped being a coincidence days ago.
Every suggestion in this thread has been tried by all of us and none have worked. There is nothing left on the user side. We are done troubleshooting.
What we need now:
- A real escalation to the Javelin and account/entitlements teams. Not another "we are looking into this." A ticket number, an ETA, and someone actually accountable.
- A direct review of the affected accounts on EA's backend, because that's where the issue clearly lives and the only place it can be fixed.
- Actual communication. Even "no fix yet, but the team has been informed and here's your case ID" is better than 9 days of silence.
I'm going to keep bumping this thread until there's a real response, and I'm pushing this through other channels too. 18 days of silence on a paid product with a confirmed defect affecting multiple users is not okay. Please give us a real update.
