EA Javeline anticheat have encountered an error (7)(2)

Hi , ive been getting this error since yesterday , i have tried everything to fix it , i deleted the game 3 times , and i did a format on my pc 2 times nothing works , the problem is from EA's end and the company isnt talking about this issue at all ,if anyone knows how to get the meassage to the ea team , or how to get a response from them please help , ive opened a ticket and the support simply told me to uninstall anticheat and reinstall it , which is what i already did like 12 times
