EA play 10 hour trial broken Only shows “FC News, learn to play or Upgrade”

To clarify, I’ve pre ordered the standard version of the game so aware I won’t have access until later in the week. However, this is a free 10 hour trial with EA play, so should be irrelevant if I’ve pre ordered or not. I’ve seen there is numerous others with the same issue and there has been no update for 2 days. 

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out, full resetting my Xbox etc. and every time it’s the same result. 

this is on Xbox series X.
