EA Play membership rewards glitch

I got another set of EA play membership rewards on Xbox. Just the loan players and draft token but I think it’s glitched my game.

Every time I log in on the console or web app I have to go past the claim your rewards screen again and now I get disconnected from the servers just before a game starts in every mode. 

Was working fine before I got these rewards.
