I was playing UT Champions on Friday 24th April at around 9PM when I was winning a game and was disconnected with the error message ''The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment'' which I personally have never seen. I then continued to play and won a game however before I could advance and claim the win I was disconnected again with the error message 'The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment'. As a result I was rewarded Champion II rewards even though I had won 11 games which should have rewarded me Elite V rewards. I contacted EA help and spoke with an advisor who could not help me with this issue, I then spoke to another who transferred me to the 'Dedicated Team' for these issues. they were not able to help me with this problem and directed me to this page saying that through this I can speak with a member of the management team/ a community manager who will be able to resolve this issue.

I hope someone can help me with this issue and nobody else will suffer from it,
