EA SPORTS FC 26 closes itself after ~60 seconds

Since today (March 1, 2026) I have a reproducible issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (EA App).

What happens:
The game does not crash normally (no Windows "FC26.exe Application Error 1000").
FC26 simply closes/exits to desktop by itself, usually after about 60-62 seconds.
It now happens even if I do nothing (no keyboard input, no controller input). At first it started when my DualSense (PS5 controller via Bluetooth) stopped working and I re-paired it a few times, but now it happens even with the controller disconnected.

EA App log evidence (EADesktop.log):
Game process terminated
Game session was too short: [60] seconds (maybe due to some error, lookup game process exit code=[0])
Telemetry shows end_reason "normal" and error_code "0" with sdur 60.

I also see repeated Discord presence errors in the EA App log (NO_LINKAGE_FOUND / missing session token). Not sure if it is related or just a side effect when the session ends.

What I tried (no change):
Disabled EA In-Game Overlay and NVIDIA Overlay.
Reinstalled / repaired EA AntiCheat (uninstall + install).
Uninstalled ASUS tools (AI Suite / AXSP).
Tested with controller removed and without any input (still exits).
Basic repair steps (cache/verify).

Question:
Did anyone start seeing this today with the same pattern (no real crash, just exits after ~60 seconds, EA App only says "Game session was too short" with exit code 0)?
Is this a known bug/regression or update issue?
Is there any way to get a more detailed AntiCheat reason why the process is being terminated?

System note:
Windows 11 Pro build 26200, Secure Boot Off (can enable if needed).
