After every failed FC 26 launch, Steam reports the same three files as needing repair.
The newest timestamps are on DLLs in the FC 26 installation folder, showing that EA AntiCheat is modifying or deleting them each time.
This matches the heap-corruption crash in eaanticheat.gameservice.exe and confirms that the FC 26 AntiCheat installer is breaking its own files.
