Eafc26 server issue/online connection

Helppp anyone have any solutions? Checked my Internet and everything is working well

I placed my console on rest mode to charge my controller. I am using lan cable, frustrated. I redownloaed game but the issue still persist, I am from singapore and can load other games well but just not eafc26 .. frustrating. Help la hais
