Error de conexion - conexion issues

The problem has gotten worse; now the application launches, but as soon as the "Start" button appears, it freezes and the screen turns white with an error code in the top-left corner—and that’s as far as it goes. The game won't start or progress. The situation with this game just keeps getting worse; it’s been over a month and no one has offered a solution—not technical support, no one. I have a wired connection, my internet is fine, and the servers are fine, yet the game fails.

el problema empeoro ahora la aplicacion inicia pero al momento que sale el boton "iniciar" se queda congelado y se pone la pantalla blanca con un codigo de error en la esquina superior izquierda y hasta ahi llega, el juego no arranca ni avanza, la problematica solo empeora con este juego mas de un mes y nadie me da una solucion, ni servicio tecnico ni nadie, tengo conexion por cable, el internet esta bien, los servidores esta bien, pero el juego falla.
