It improves when using a hotspot. How can I fix this? My Wi-Fi—which is connected via cable—works perfectly otherwise, but it only fails when I try to play FC26; I feel like the problem lies with the Wi-Fi network.

Community ManagerHello. Sorry for the late response. WiFi is wireless. You cannot have a connected wireless connection. Does your PS have an ethernet cable directly plugged into it?
Since a mobile hotspot works better, this issue is either with your home network equipment or ISP. Please contact their support to have them check for any issues. Thank you.
