extreme delay like I'm stuck in the past Technical issue

I'm trying out the eafc26 trial atm and at first i had a lot of delay and frame tears but i had solved all of it except for this current issue. first 20mins in game are great and then after that I'm stuck in the past, my opponent is in minute 40 of the game and I'm still stuck in the past in minute 23. I've lowered my frames to 60fps and 60Hz even though my laptop can handle much more, my ping is good and stable at 30-50. I've turned off Vsync and lowered the graphics significantly, i have all the newest drivers downloaded. i simply don't understand how to solve this. i would like to know if this is an issue that's only there because I'm playing the trial and i can solve this if i buy the game or am i just screwed so i shouldn't buy the game? 
oh and of course that's not to mention that my game crashed multiple times when i played on hotspot though I'm not sure what the issue is.
