Extreme Freez after Halftime Break PC

Hello, i have a Problem with the Game. When i start a Game after the halftime whistle i have Laggspikes. I played already 10 Games its always the same. I play on a high end gaming pc. I cant imagine my PC is the Problem here. Any Setting we needt to turn off or what is going on? 

Also i tracked my CPU its always on 99%

Feels like there is no solution for the Anti cheat

Feels like we have the same issues like last year where we got the fix after Christmas
