Failing to connect to ultimate team

Ultimate team takes forever to load and when it does I can't play or navigate within the menu without getting kicked out, or the screen just completely freezes. It took me 14 hours to play one game agaisnt the ai because I loose connection if I play against other real players (only 3 times I've able to start a game)

I thought it was my wifi so I connected via LAN and it didn't help at all. I turn off all of my devices so the full internet was just dedicated to the PS5 and that didn't make any difference either. Someone recommended connecting my PS5 to a hotspot, I did, and that didn't work either.

I'm in Texas and I heard similar cases on Reddit. I feel like I wasted money purchasing the ultimate team for early access, and I wasted way to much time for me to be remotely exited about this game anymore. 

Very disappointed. Please help in any way, shape or form
