Community ManagerThank you. I see you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Wireless connections are unstable and very prone to disconnects and lag.
I play in 2 different rooms. One I can wire the other I cannot. I just thought it was odd that is was never mid game. It was always after or as the game was loading. Is there anything you can do to help me get the rewards I earned?

For the room with no wire, you might want to look in to getting a powerline adaptor. Those have been a good solution when a wire isn't possible.
I'm sorry to say, we're not able to grant the rewards.Thanks, I’ll look into that but still not sure that the culprit based on the pattern. And disappointing about the rewards. Really thought you guys would come through. Appreciate the help and your time.
