FC 26 “Failed to load” before menu – can’t get into the game at all

Question

Hi, I need help with a serious issue on EA SPORTS FC 26.Every time I launch the game, I press X (continue) on the start screen, and then it just shows “Failed to load”. After that, it doesn’t go to the main menu at all — I’m completely stuck and can’t play anything.

What I’ve tried so far:

Restarted the game multiple times

Restarted my console/PC

Reinstalled the game

Checked internet connection (works fine for everything else)

Tried different fixes I found online

Nothing has worked.

Important details:

I can’t even access offline modes (Career, Kick-Off, etc.)

The error happens immediately after pressing X

My internet is stable and other games work fine

Is this a server issue or something wrong with my account/game?

Has anyone found a real fix for this?

Hello Adisomas​ ,
It looks like the issue here is your profile/save.
When you are on the screen to select your profile, just press delete and create a new profile. This should fix it for you.
Don't worry, you won't loose any progress doing so. You might just need to adjust your controller settings again.

I’m having the same problem had it for about a week &amp; a half now , any time I sign into the game the loading is taking ages , if I do a sbc kicks me out to main menu I can’t sign in again checked all the above you said and still doesn’t work.. all other games work fine it must be the game or servers&nbsp;
