FC 26 Companion App Login Unavailable – Since Launch
I am unable to log in to both the Companion Web App and the mobile app for EA Sports FC 26.
Error message:
“Login Unavailable – We’re currently having trouble with login services.”
Important details:
- The issue has been happening since the launch of FC 26
- I have been contacting EA support for over a week with no solution
- I can access Ultimate Team normally in-game on PC
- The problem only affects the Companion App login (web and mobile)
Troubleshooting has already been completed multiple times:
- Cleared cache and cookies
- Tried different browsers and incognito mode
- Reinstalled the mobile app
- Used different devices and networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data)
- Waited for the session timeout and performed a proper logout
- Reset password and removed trusted devices
None of these steps resolved the issue.
EA support confirmed:
- No restrictions or bans on my account
- The issue was reported as a bug
Since this only affects Companion App access, this appears to be an account-specific backend issue (possibly a stuck session or sync problem).
Could an EA staff member please check my account status and escalate this to the relevant team?
