FC 26 Crashes After 5 Mins Every Time - Online Services Issue?

Fifa 26 constantly crashes PC after same period after launch (around 5 mins). Works when disconnected from internet which suggests anticheat or other heartbeat handshake service. EA Online Services isn't an installed service and I can't get it to install no matter what I try. Please help, a quick online search shows endless other customers with the same issue. I have Steam and EA App installed.

Any ideas?
