FC 26 overheating and shutting down issue on PS5

Question

Hello,I am a PlayStation 5 user. When a match starts in FC26, it gives an overheating error and suddenly shuts down. When I first got it, it would give this error after 2 or 3 matches, but after the updates, it started doing it as soon as the match began. I would appreciate your information and support regarding a solution. If the problem persists, I would like to return the game.Thank you &nbsp;

Hi there. This happens when your console is overheating. Make sure the vents are clear of any debris and that your console is in a well-ventilated space. You may also need to open your console and clean it out.
You will need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a you qualify for a refund. If it was purchased through the EA App, please see this article.
