Hello, writing from Bosnia & Herzegovina.

I'm on my company network right now (still using local ISP provider), and I'm also being routed over to US servers.
Last year, my ping was 30-35ms MAX, never more. Now, every game I find is 40+, rarely I get 34ms, most of the time is 46-52ms.
