First of all, trace routing to an ip address is not a company can fix. It's how your isp routes you and what is easo.ea.com? Your game doesn't get created on easo.ea.com you are just pinging to an ip address.

Secondly, if you want EA to help then at least provide what they asked. Perhaps that's why EA hasn't responded yet. Can you provide the information to see if they respond?

EA’s matchmaking service decides which data center your game session connects to.
Even if your ISP routes perfectly, EA can still assign you to a US server if:

Their closest servers are down, overloaded, or under maintenance, or
The matchmaking region detection is wrong (a known EA issue in previous FIFA titles).

So even though ISP handles the packets, EA’s backend decides the destination, and that’s where it’s going wrong for many players right now.

If you don't want to help, move on.
