FC 26 Steam Clubs Avatar Save Failed Loop

Hi EA Team,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC via Steam.

My Clubs / Pro Clubs avatar name was automatically reset by moderation. After that, every time I enter Clubs, the game forces me to confirm the avatar/name change.

However, the Edit Avatar screen becomes frozen or unresponsive. I cannot properly change anything. If I press confirm, the game shows this error:

PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

After that, it sends me back to the same forced name reset message again. I am stuck in an endless loop and cannot access Clubs / Pro Clubs.

This is not a normal name change issue. The Clubs avatar/profile save process seems to be broken or corrupted server-side.

Please investigate this issue and reset/fix only my Clubs / Pro Clubs avatar profile server-side.

Please do not reset my EA Account, Ultimate Team, FC Points, purchases, paid content, or other game progress.
