FC 26 Ultimate edition is not working

Question

Hi, I bought the ultimate edition FC 26 and installed on my PS 4. However it failed to start, whenever I try it keeps on loading for ever.

I updated the console softwares , rebuild database , checked FC 26 and confirmed last version, then I even deleted the game and reinstalled, still same result.

I appreciate if your support team can help, it is frustrating not to play yet despite pre order.

Where does it appear to get stuck?

I have the exact same issue on PS5. When using the transfer market, squad screen etc. the load/processing times are extremely long. The green loading icon is still at the bottom of the screen it just takes anywhere from 3-5 minutes to even load into the transfer market.
