fc 26 unplayable connection in rivals

I play FC 26 for almost 2 weeks and it happens multiple times a week to have extra lag in Rivals Matches and it makes the game unplayable. im getting annoyed and closing the game, im getting “disconnection warning”, i lose my checkpoints, it happened twice to crash the game, thats a serious problem because this never happened in fc 25. thats not my problem, i have a wired connection, with the best ethernet i could have and amazing pc. please resolve the problem or reset my rivals division checkpoints so i can grind the top divisions again. its not my pc, thats the game because i searched it on the web and people had the same problem. when i enter the fc 26, the game change the resolution or display mode and bam! when i change them back i have extra lag. for example i enter the game, i change display mode from “windowed” to “borderless” or “fullscreen” and when i enter rivals match i have lag. and when i restart the game it changes the screen resolution and it gives me the same problem.
