FC 26's still lagging and dropping FPS after update patch

After updating to the latest version, FC 26 still experiences constant lagging and FPS drops, even though my gaming laptop fully meets the game’s hardware requirements. This issue never occurred in FC 25, but has been present in FC 26 since its release. I’ve already set the graphics to low settings, yet the problem persists. My PC specifications: CPU: i5-12500H; RAM: 16 GB; GPU: RTX 3050 4GB.
