FC26 - massive fps drop from 2nd half

I have just bought the game yesterday since i played fc24 and it was working perfectly fine. The first half had no issue whatsoever. But from second half onwards fps dropped massively like to 10-12 fps and i was playing the game like frame by frame. Tried to do all the fixes. But still no change.
