FC26 Career Mode Manager Market Flawed

As a note I have been playing FIFA/FC career mode religiously for 20 years now, this is the only reason I buy the game. First of all I love the introduction of the manager market, but sadly it seems deeply flawed and almost instantly negatively impacts the realism of the game. I am 3 seasons into my first FC26 Career playing as Chelsea. I have made a habit to check the hiring and firing of managers at the first transfer window and at the end of each season. I noticed that both Arne Slot and Pep Guardiola were fired in 2027. This was surprising given that Pep and City won the Prem in 2026 and won the champions league in 2027 (same year he was fired) and Slot won the Prem in 2027 and made it to the champions league final in 2026. 

I also looked around other leagues and found similar results with league winning coaches being fired in the same season they won.

Although, possible these do not represent the true nature of world football, especially to the degree of which top performing teams fire managers. This makes sense for Manchester United for example who for 2 seasons landed mid table and let go of Amorim in my 2nd season.
