Fc26 crash on launch

So I've been having this problem since I bought the game nothing seems to fix it 

I've reinstalled my windows it worked for a little while then I started to have the problem again 

When I check what's the problem it tells me the app crash error code 0xFFFFF

Please someone help I don't know how to fix it

    Bro the same issue with me the game flashes a black screen and closes after 1-2 mins, my drivers are up to date everything is fine still idk why

    Reinstalling Windows fix it for a while maybe try that but I think they have to do a patch or something this is unbearable
