FC26 Gameplay Slows Down Seriously — Need Fix

I’m experiencing very frustrating performance issues, despite having a powerful system that is way above the recommended specs:

CPU: Intel i9-13900H (14 cores / 20 threads)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU
RAM: 32 GB
OS: Windows 11 (latest updates installed

The graphics themselves run smoothly (menus, cutscenes, and visual elements are fine) but during gameplay the match slows down and stutters heavily. The game feels unresponsive, with random input lag and frame pacing problems.

Already tried:

Updating / reinstalling GPU drivers (NVIDIA Game Ready).
Repairing and reinstalling EA AntiCheat.
Running the game on different settings (Medium/High/Ultra, 1080p vs 1440p).
Disabling overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA).
Forcing the RTX 4070 as the main GPU.
Limiting frame rate and adjusting V-Sync / G-Sync options.

What am I supposed to do? Am I the only one with these problems???
