Fc26 is not even launching while it counting down the 10 hour trial

I have the 10 hour trial, Im using ps4... I've downloaded the game.. Trying to launch it, but after choosing your favourite team.. It just freezes... I've closed the app and opened it 3 times.. I've waited 10 or more minutes as well to see if its just loading but no... Its just completely not working
