fc26 log in issue

Anytime I try to log into FC 26, my game doesn't load, and when I press my game, it is just saved as 1, and my username is not there, but when I click on the game, it says "Failed to load," and it gives me the option to Retry or cancel, and I don't wanna delete my progress.
