FC26 lost your online connection error, fc25 & hotspot work fine
Getting the FC26 lost your online connection error on Xbox but everything else works. FC25 connects to EA servers fine on the exact same network. Xbox network test shows all services available, NAT type Open, also tested on a second network here with NAT Moderate, same failure both times. Tried switching DNS to Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, no change. Power cycled Xbox and unlinked and relinked EA account, no change. Connects instantly every time on mobile hotspot instead, so it is not the Xbox, not the EA account, and not FC26 servers being down globally.
ISP is WhiteSky, an apartment complex managed network in NC. Seems like something specific to FC26 is not reachable from this ISP while FC25 and other EA services are fine.
Anyone else on WhiteSky or a similar managed apartment network seeing this same thing? Trying to figure out if this is a known routing problem on EA side so I can also push the ISP to look into it
