Fc26 pc steam EA account input delay

When i queue to play the rivals mode in ultimate team and the match starts i am having an unbearable input delay to my controller. The delay is continual for all the match and it never stops. The delay is about 5-7 seconds and this makes the game unplayable. The last Fcs i have played have never appeared problems like this one. Does anyone have any solution to this issue?
