FC26 servers go down during a game and it’s counted as a disconnect on my side??

I was in the middle of game 3 of a Gauntlet after 2 wins. 3-3 playing 11 vs 10 (my opponent got a red card). I got disconnected from the game because your servers go down, as per your admission on your X.com page here (first printscreen attached below) and hundreds of messages on this forum confirming. And now that they are back up, I opened the game, and found a disconnection warning with impact on DNF (second picture attached below) saying that “we noticed that you disconnected from your previous match” and I lost the game. Is this a joke? There is no way that I get the loss, I have to start over for a perfect round in gauntlet (btw playing an opponent with a red card, meaning I had an advantage) and also have a negative impact on my DNF. 

EA, take your responsibility and give us the win or a compensation, at the bare minimum cancel the games that were ongoing, no way that we already lost time on a game on which we spend a lot of money and that we even get a loss as if we disconnected.
