FC26 Ultimate Team Login Issue

Hello, I need your help with something. I'm having trouble with Ultimate Team mode on my PS5 today. Sometimes I encounter connection errors, sometimes a frozen screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. My internet connection is fine. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the problem persists. I constantly have to close and reopen the game. After opening a package, it says the store is updating and gets stuck on that screen. After an online match ends, the "finish match" screen doesn't appear. How can I solve this problem?

  • i cleared cache and rebuild database , even reset ps5 and download a fresh copy of fc26. what is interesting is i can play any mode without problem if i can start the match. the problem occurs when connecting to store or some menus.

    Experiencing the same issues. The ea loading logo happens and game freezes while doing sbc’s, after a win in fut champs game and while in the menus. Had to restart every 5 minutes. Even then it’s a struggle to connect to the servers. The game is unplayable with the freezing. Did all the methods suggested, reinstalled the game 3 times, and still same issues the second day.

    I am facing the same problem and even with the solutions that suggested to clear my console’s cache or deleting my squad and rebuilt one empty one the problem continues . This happens only in ultimate team mode 

  • Exact same problem on me too. I even reset my playstation , but still persists. I can play live events etc but it stucksnat menus. and also everytime i open ultimate team it reinstalls last.small updates.  

  • Thank you for your feedback. I followed your instructions and had no problems logging in, but I'm still experiencing freezing issues in the transfer shop :( 

    The FC logo continues to spin. I would like to reiterate that I am not experiencing any problems with my internet connection.

    Hi there. Please try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, see if you can load into UT again. You also may need to create an empty squad. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
