FC26 ultimate team won’t load

I purchased the ultimate version of fc26 payed over $90 to be able to play early and I been struggling with the game since day one. I try getting into ultimate team  and it will take for ever to load and then I would get a message saying “ultimate team it’s not available “. Then I get send to the Home Screen. This is really frustrating because I payed more to be able to play early and I haven’t been able too it’s ridiculous. I try deleting the game. Re downloading the game and still doing the same!!! I don’t know what else to do! I’m just so upset that I payed more than an normar version and still haven’t been able to access.
