FC26 unplayable due to high ping and instant disconnections

The game is absolutely unplayable currently the ping goes randomly from 12 to 900 and sometimes up to 2048 for no reason, the game kicks me out of the match as soon as i enter the match.

i just wanted to play a bit to get this weeks rivals rewards but i guess that aint happening with these servers, its been like this since yesterday but nothing is getting fixed i guess.

 idk if the issue is just here in the UAE or what but i didnt face any issues in any other game.
