FFS EA! Day 4 of not being able to connect.....

Another day, another unsuccessful attempt to log into ultimate team. 

I'm on xbox series S. 

Internet connection is stable and have no problems on any other game. 

It seems to take ages to load onto the home screen, then I try load UT and get 'connecting to UT is not possible at the moment' occasionally it will load in but I then can't access the season objectives and get the message of 'the season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass'...... The season pass I spent 1,000 points to get and got about 4 days out of before this issue.....so how do I go about getting a refund? 

I need a fix or a refund ASAP as I'm bored of trying to play this game now.
