Football Ultimate Team Not Currently accessible

I cannot access any version of Ultimate Team; the trial, companion nor web app. I have tried using WiFi, Ethernet and mobile data and neither work. No VPN has been used and I am receiving this error message that I can’t find anything online with a remotely similar message. 

I get the message that this is due to authorities in my region - perplexed as to what this means.
