While I play the first half smoothly at 100-150 fps, the second half suddenly drops to 5-10 fps. After this happened, I'm experiencing fps drops every 4-5 seconds in other games as well, until I restart my PC. I've attached the dxdiag file you requested. If we can solve this problem, I will personally write the solution for the thousands of other users experiencing similar issues on the forum.
