FPS suddenly caping 5-10 after halftime and GPU usage spikes to 99%.

3050Ti Mobile
i5 11400H 
32GB ram ddr4

Because of that, I lost a match where I was winning 3–0 and got demoted. 
It never happened before on FC25 or 24, but this year, i feel hatred right now.
