Disconnection and High Latency Issues in Ultimate Team

Hi everyone, I am playing on PC and I have been experiencing severe connection issues with Ultimate Team today. Every time I try to enter a match, I face an immense matchmaking delay and ping spike. Shortly after the match starts, I get disconnected from the EA servers entirely. Is there an ongoing server issue or maintenance today affecting PC players? My local internet connection is perfectly stable in other platforms and games, and my PC specs and drivers are all up to date. Any help or confirmation from the community or mods would be appreciated.

    Hey there. Sorry to hear about your connection issues. Currently, we're not aware of anything on our end that would be causing this. If you haven't done any connection troubleshooting yet, try the steps here. Also, if you're on a wireless connection, try switching to a wire. Being wired provides a far more stable connection.     Thanks for the reply Aljo, but I am already on a wired Ethernet connection. As I mentioned, my internet setup is perfectly fine and I use Google DNS. My hardware and drivers are also up to date. To give you more details about the issue:

    I am constantly getting the EC:10608 error code while trying to log into Ultimate Team, which points to a cloud sync failure on your end.

    If I manage to get into the menus, everything feels heavily delayed and slow.

    When searching for a match, I frequently get the "There was an error creating your game session" message.

    If a match actually starts, it doesn't even let me play; I just get disconnected from the EA servers and kicked out within seconds.

    Since this cloud sync issue (EC:10608) prevents the game from communicating properly with my profile, it leads to these chain-reaction disconnections. Could you please double-check if there is an account-level or PC platform sync issue going on today? Thanks.

    EA_Aljo​ the answer is always the same for the past months, and nothing seems to change. 
    Even the EA Connection Quality Report are garbage. It's impossible that he shows a 98/100 and in game it feels like you are lagging, an huge input delay. 
    This game is by far the worst game experience that i had. The conclusion i had is EA cannot correct the problems since day 1 and because of that they removed timed finishing.
    This gone be my last edition that i play this game....
