FUT Champions issue

Despite winning my match 8-1 I disconnected after the game finished and still have a loss on my future champions. This is extremely disappointing! I am trying to grind the new promo and this is making it more difficult. I am also unable to contact an EA advisor after trying for 40 minutes! Service is so complicated and difficult when it should not be. I can't even open a case!
